Terms of Sale & End User License Agreement

1. License

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use DevCleaner Pro on up to the number of Macs stated for your plan. Subscriptions are licensed for the paid period; Lifetime licenses are perpetual for the version purchased plus updates for the stated period.

2. Trial

The 14-day trial is free and requires no payment details. Pro features lock when it ends.

3. Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal linked in your receipt; access continues until the end of the paid period.

Prices and tax

Prices are in US dollars and include any GST, VAT or sales tax we are required to collect, calculated at checkout from your billing address. Business customers can enter a tax ID (such as an ABN or EU VAT number) at checkout; your receipt or tax invoice is emailed by our payment processor, Stripe.

4. Your responsibility for deletions

DevCleaner deletes files you select, including caches and build artefacts. Some actions are permanent. Review previews before confirming and keep regular backups (for example Time Machine).

5. Restrictions

You must not resell, sublicense, reverse engineer (except as permitted by law), or circumvent the licensing of the App.

6. Australian Consumer Law

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits those rights. Subject to them, and to the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to resupplying the App or refunding the price paid.

7. Third-party software

Optional features may use third-party software such as Ollama and open-weight AI models, which are subject to their own licenses.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
